DESIGN:
Our in-house design team holds its own with some of the world's most talented creatives. Quick to identify upcoming key trends, we are able to use this as a starting point to create fashion-forward clothing. Working closely with customers and drawing on their preferences and vision, the process is a collaborative one and an exciting one!

MERCHANDISING:
Dedicated merchandising teams provide a focused service to clients. Their job is to bring their specialised product knowledge to the merchandising process. This is done by working with designers and clients through the early development stage including R&D and sourcing. Once programs are developed, they monitor progress, undertake analysis and negotiate with factories to achieve the best possible prices. From there, they plan and set up critical pathways, monitor the order placement and production, work closely with the QC team for quality aspects and oversee all the logistics for effective and timely shipment to clients.

QUALITY CONTROL:
Our products go through rigorous Quality Control procedures to meet and even exceed our clients' expectations and standards. Our QC teams conduct strict Quality Assurance testing through factory evaluations, lab testing, on-site production monitoring and daily inspections. In other words, we act as an extension of our customers'own businesses by managing all aspects of the supply chain.

CHINA OFFICE:
To ensure all development and production are monitored closely we have rep office in China. It is based in Dongguan, Guangzhou Province. This office offers regional support to our Hong Kong office and ensure all operations run smoothly from start to finish.
